How do I place an order?
You can either place an offer via our online store or contact us at sales@westernrangeshoney.co.nz.
We offer discounts for bulk purchases. Wholesale enquiries are welcome.
Payment and Shipping
Shipment Processing Time
You will receive your shipping confirmation once you place your order.
Since we live 60km away from a courier drop off point, we aim to reduce our environmental impact by making one delivery per week. As a result your order may have to wait a bit for the next courier run. Our main courier days are Tuesdays or Fridays. Thanks for your understanding.
Courier charges and information
We are currently only shipping within New Zealand using NZ Post Courier Economy.
Courier charges
Courier charges depends on your purchase. New Zealand delivery prices are as follows:
Honey

Orders up to six jars – $12 (South Island) to $18 (North Island)

Non-urban addresses will incur an extra $4.30 delivery fee

Orders over 5kg - please ask for a quote at sales@westernrangeshoney.co.nz

Returns & Refunds
Please contact us at sales@westernrangeshoney.co.nz. We will either send you a replacement or a refund. Once we've received your product, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that your return is well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return items.
